We want to make sure our website is one of the best in the business and that you find it easy and convenient to manage your account online. That’s why we ask for your opinions on a regular basis and make changes or updates based on your feedback.

In light of this, we’re really pleased to let you know we’ve just won the Investors Chronicle/FT award for the best banking website and have been shortlisted for The Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2010 in the ‘Most Trusted’ and ‘Best Customer Service’ categories.

However, there’s always room for improvement, which is why we’ve had another look at our website and made the following changes.

On the Account Summary page:

  • You can now see the total savings for all your accounts
  • We’ve added a ‘Go paperless’ button to make it easier to switch to online statements and tax certificates
  • The ‘Move my money’ option is now available on this page too

The ‘Change my details’ page is now called ‘Manage my account’ – where, among other things, you can update your personal and security details, change your Regular Saver amount or set up a new linked account.
