We’ve made our customer service even better

Thank you to everyone who has given us feedback on our customer service. Your comments were very helpful and we’ve made some improvements based on your suggestions.

To gain further insight into how we are doing, we will be carrying out real time satisfaction surveys each week which means you may be asked to give feedback at the end of a call in the future. We’ve also completed a full review of our telephone banking system and removed any of the jargon and terminology we felt was unnecessary.

We hope this will make it easier for you to use the system.

Finally, in order to keep improving your experience, we’ve set up a Customer Experience team whose sole purpose is to ensure that we’re delivering the best service possible.
